Fruity, refreshing breakfast soup with strawberries

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 250 g strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 6 tbsp oat flakes, fine
  • 6 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 100 ml milk
  • some vanilla, ground
  • possibly basil or mint, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

With the sweetness of fruits

Puree all ingredients in a blender. If desired, add three basil or mint leaves, for example. The soup can be served immediately, but letting it stand for about 15 minutes will allow the oats to expand even more. Note: The blender should be very powerful. If using frozen strawberries, it should definitely be suitable for crushing ice.
