Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 125 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp mustard, hot
- ½ tbsp mustard, sweet
- 2 tbsp honey
- 20 ml cream, liquid
- 1 bunch of dill
- Salt and pepper, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with smoked salmon
Heat the olive oil, add the hot and sweet mustard, and stir in the honey and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped dill (you can also use a packet of frozen dill) and bring to a brief simmer. Serve warm with smoked salmon and baguette.
