Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 150 g natural yogurt (0.1% fat)
  • 35 g banana(s)
  • 35 g mango(s)
  • 20 g sugar
  • 2 sweetener – tablets or liquid (not saccharin-based)
  • 1 sachet of vanilla flavor

Banana – Mango flavor

Combine the quark, yogurt, and sugar in a bowl and mix. Add the fruit, sweetener, and flavoring to a blender and blend until finely chopped or smooth. Then blend everything together and add sweetener or sugar if desired. I don’t recommend saccharin-based sweeteners, as these can stimulate the appetite.
