Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 150 g natural yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 35 g banana(s)
- 35 g mango(s)
- 20 g sugar
- 2 sweetener – tablets or liquid (not saccharin-based)
- 1 sachet of vanilla flavor
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Banana – Mango flavor
Combine the quark, yogurt, and sugar in a bowl and mix. Add the fruit, sweetener, and flavoring to a blender and blend until finely chopped or smooth. Then blend everything together and add sweetener or sugar if desired. I don’t recommend saccharin-based sweeteners, as these can stimulate the appetite. Total nutritional values (approx. 470 g): Protein – 37.3 g; Carbohydrate – 45.5 g; Fat – 1.1 g; kcal – 350
