Kasseler minute steaks with sauerkraut and potatoes as a stew

Slowly heat the butcher’s cabbage with water and broth in a saucepan. Briefly sear the smoked pork steaks and add them. Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into bite-sized pieces, and add them. Crush the garlic clove and add it. Simmer everything for about 30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender. Season with salt and pepper. If you like, you can also add a little mustard. Thicken further to taste.
