Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 tbsp oat flakes
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp almonds, chopped
- 1 tbsp, heaped cranberries, dried, or raisins
- 1 tbsp honey
- 5 tbsp, heaped natural yogurt
- possibly milk
- 1 apple, sour
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients except the apple thoroughly, cover, and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. I always use dried cranberries; their tart flavor gives the muesli a special something. The next morning, grate the apple and mix in. Add a little more milk if it’s too thick.
