Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 140 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g brown sugar
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 70 g flour
- 140 g nuts or almonds, ground
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp gingerbread spice
- Fat for the mold
- Flour for the mold

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Cream the butter and eggs until fluffy, then add the remaining ingredients and mix until a smooth dough forms. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 180°C for approximately 35-40 minutes until golden brown. If you’re planning to give this as a gift, first measure out all the dry ingredients and then place them, alternating colors, into a large screw-top jar. Enclose a note with the baking instructions.
