Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (croissants etc.)
  • 500 g meat sausage
  • 500 g cheese (butter cheese)
  • 1 jar mayonnaise, large
  • 1 large onion(s) (vegetable onion)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp mustard, granulated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Cook the pasta and let it cool for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, dice the sausage, onion, bell pepper, garlic, and cheese and mix. Then add the pasta and mix with the mayonnaise and mustard. Finally, add the vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and chili powder and mix. Let it sit for at least 1 hour.
