Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 sausages (knackwurst)
- 300 g salami, in one piece
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 jar of pickles
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 kg potatoes
- ½ liter vegetable broth, warm
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Peel the potatoes and dice them. Slice the sausage and quarter them. Cut the salami into bite-sized pieces. Quarter the tomatoes. Halve the gherkins lengthwise and slice them. Crumble the feta cheese. In a glazed, lidded casserole dish or a watered earthenware pot, arrange the layers as follows: potatoes, sausages, tomatoes, potatoes, salami, gherkins, and potatoes. Sprinkle each potato generously with paprika. Pour the warm vegetable stock over the potatoes and sprinkle with the feta. Place in the oven at 180°C for 1.5 hours.
