Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 50 g cream
- 200 ml milk
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 2 tsp syrup (cherry syrup) and/or
- cherry brandy
- 250 ml coffee, boiled, strong, hot
- n. B. Chocolate shavings and
- Cherry(s) (Amarena cherries)

Whip the cream until stiff peaks form or fill a creamer. Divide the kirsch (optional) and 4 tablespoons of cherry syrup (e.g., from a jar of amaretto cherries) between 2 cups. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and slowly melt it in the milk. Mix the chocolate milk and coffee and pour in. Finally, top with some cream, a few cherries, the remaining syrup, and the chocolate shavings, and serve. A truly special coffee with the taste of Black Forest cake…
