  • 25 g mango(s), dried
  • 125 g cream cheese
  • some water

Finely dice the dried mangos and place them in a small bowl, adding just enough water to cover them. Let the mangos soak for about 10 minutes, until almost all of the water is absorbed. Mix the mangos, including any remaining soaking liquid, into the cream cheese with a fork, transfer to a sealable container, and let it sit in the refrigerator, preferably overnight. The mixture will firm up over time, so it’s okay if it’s very soft at first. If it gets too soft, simply mix in a few more mango cubes.
