Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 300 ml grape juice, red or plum juice
  • 1 orange(s), untreated, peel
  • 1 cinnamon stick(s)
  • 3 allspice berries
  • 150 ml red wine
  • 300 ml rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

It is wonderfully drinkable and easy to make.

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 10-15 minutes. Strain into a bottle through a fine sieve.
