Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup almond(s), grated
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- ¾ cup oil
- 6 tbsp cocoa
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 100 g almond(s), chopped
- n. B. Chocolate coating, dark
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
for allergy sufferers, without milk, without egg
Mix the ingredients together to form a batter. Reserve some chopped almonds for decoration. Spread the batter into a greased cake pan. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 50 minutes. Melt the chocolate coating, spread it over the cake, and sprinkle with the remaining chopped almonds.
