Ingredients for 20 servings:
- 250 g margarine or butter
- 150 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
- 750 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- Cinnamon, possibly
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Beat the softened butter with sugar and eggs until fluffy. Gradually stir in the flour/yeast mixture and the warmed milk. If you like cinnamon, add some to taste. The dough needs to rise in a warm place for a while. I got this recipe from the Cultural History Association in Beilngries-Kinding.
