Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g chicken
- 300 g natural yogurt
- 4 stalks of coriander
- salt and pepper
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Chop the coriander, mix it with the yogurt, and season the marinade with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Marinate the meat in the yogurt for at least half an hour, then grill it as desired.
