Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 150 g chocolate, grated (cooking or milk chocolate)
  • 150 g walnuts, grated
  • 1 medium egg yolk
  • n. B. Strohrum or other domestic rum such as from Mautner or Spitz
  • e.g. chocolate sprinkles or sugar sprinkles, desiccated coconut, etc. for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Mix all dry ingredients, add egg yolk and enough rum to form a firm, smooth mixture. Form into balls (approx. 2 cm in diameter) and roll in chocolate sprinkles, sugar sprinkles, or desiccated coconut.
