Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 liter pear juice
- 4 cardamom pods
- 5 cloves
- ¼ vanilla pod(s) or some vanilla sugar
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- some lemon peel or lemon zest
- n. B. Pear Brandy (Williams Christ)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 16 minutes
Mulled wine with a twist
Combine all ingredients except the pear brandy in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Add 2 to 4 cl of pear brandy to each cup, if desired, and pour over the hot juice mixture. It tastes delicious even without the pear brandy.
