Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter pear juice
  • 4 cardamom pods
  • 5 cloves
  • ¼ vanilla pod(s) or some vanilla sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • some lemon peel or lemon zest
  • n. B. Pear Brandy (Williams Christ)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 16 minutes

Mulled wine with a twist

Combine all ingredients except the pear brandy in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Add 2 to 4 cl of pear brandy to each cup, if desired, and pour over the hot juice mixture. It tastes delicious even without the pear brandy.
