Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g frozen, chopped kale
- 1 jar apple and pear puree, 350 g, well chilled
- 1 lime(s), juice and zest
- Ginger, freshly grated, 1 – 2 tsp
- 400 ml coconut drink, e.g. from Alpro, well chilled
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
with ginger
It’s best to thaw the kale overnight in the refrigerator before preparing the smoothie. Then, add it to a blender along with the apple-pear puree, lime zest and juice, ginger, and coconut milk and blend thoroughly. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
