Minced meat dish with noodles in a pressure cooker

Peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove the stems and seeds, and cut into strips about 3 cm long. Make a cross-shaped cut in the tops of the tomatoes, briefly place them in boiling water, remove them, and peel them. Then cut them into wedges, removing the green blossoms. Heat the fat in a pressure cooker and fry the minced meat until golden brown. Add the onions and sauté until translucent. Add the bell pepper strips and tomato wedges, sauté them briefly, and season. Stir in the raw pasta, mix the hot water with the broth, and add it. Wipe the sides of the pot and close the lid. Bring the dish to a boil over high heat. As soon as the second ring appears, remove the pot from the heat and wait until the pressure returns to normal. Garnish with parsley leaves, if desired. Tastes delicious with 2-3 tablespoons of cheese sprinkled on top.
