Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 500 g pork goulash
  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 300 g onion(s)
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 small bunch of bouquet garni (parsley, bay leaf, and thyme)
  • 1 package of gravy
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 1 liter of broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Heat the fat and brown the meat. Peel and dice the potatoes and onions. Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut a cross into the cut. Add the potatoes, onion, Brussels sprouts, and tomatoes along with the liquid and stock. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add the bouquet garni and simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes. Remove the bouquet garni and stir in the sauce mix. Bring back to a boil. Enjoy!
