Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 30 g margarine
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 1 large potato(s)
  • 1 sausage (ham sausage)
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 1 tsp, heaped cornstarch
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 250 ml instant meat broth
  • 2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Dice the onions, mince the garlic clove, and sauté in the margarine until translucent. Add the trimmed Brussels sprouts and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the diced potatoes and sliced ​​sausage and sauté for another 5 minutes. Add the meat broth and simmer for about 30 minutes. Combine the sour cream, starch, and paprika to thicken. Season with sugar and salt, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
