- 150 g Soft butter
- 75 g Sifted powdered sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 packet Lemon baking
- 1 Egg yolk size M
- 30 g Ground hazelnuts
- 220 g Flour
- 3 g Tartar baking powder

- Mix the butter and icing sugar with salt, cinnamon and the lemon flavor with the food processor until smooth. Stir in egg yolks and hazelnuts one after the other.
