Minced Meat Fritters
The perfect minced meat fritters recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g According to minced meat
- 1 Onion
- 1,5 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Older bun
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Pepper
- First peel the onion and garlic and dice finely. Then soak the bun in the milk.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a large bowl. When the roll is soft, squeeze it out firmly and add to the minced meat mixture. Briefly fry the onions in the pan until they turn a little brown. Add the garlic and onions to the minced meat mixture.
- Mix everything well. As a tip, the longer you knead the mixture, the fluffier the mince cakes will be.
- Put a small test cake with oil in the hot pan.
- If the taste is not yet perfect for you, add some seasoning, otherwise fry the rest of the minced meat fritters.
