Minced Meat Fritters

The perfect minced meat fritters recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g According to minced meat
  • 1 Onion
  • 1,5 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 Older bun
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Pepper
  1. First peel the onion and garlic and dice finely. Then soak the bun in the milk.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a large bowl. When the roll is soft, squeeze it out firmly and add to the minced meat mixture. Briefly fry the onions in the pan until they turn a little brown. Add the garlic and onions to the minced meat mixture.
  3. Mix everything well. As a tip, the longer you knead the mixture, the fluffier the mince cakes will be.
  4. Put a small test cake with oil in the hot pan.
  5. If the taste is not yet perfect for you, add some seasoning, otherwise fry the rest of the minced meat fritters.
