Melon Feta Salad

The perfect melon feta salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Diced watermelon
  • 150 g Crumbled feta
  • 1 Squeezed lime
  • 2 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt pepper
  • 3 Leaflets Mint
  • Black pepper from the mill
  1. Mix the lime juice, honey, oil, salt and a little pepper and pour over the melon cubes, leave to steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Place the melon on a plate, sprinkle with the crumbled feta cheese.
  3. Finely chop the mint and sprinkle over the cheese. Grind some pepper from the mill over it before serving.
