Spaghetti with Prawns in Cream Sauce
The perfect spaghetti with prawns in cream sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Sauce:
- 200 g Frozen prawns or king prawns
- 1 tsp Thyme spice
- 2 piece Cherrry tomatoes red, halved
- 2 piece Yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 piece Freshly cooked leek
- 125 ml Sour cream
- 1 tbsp Tomato puree
- 3 tbsp Sherry medium
- 12 g Butter
- 1 tsp Shrimps, scampi, shrimp spices in m. KB.
- 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
- Topping:
- 1 top Basil leaves
- 1 piece Onion
Spaghetti with shrimp:
- Let the spaghetti cook until aldente. Meanwhile, defrost the scampi and fry them in the pan with the butter.
Cream sauce:
- Put the scampi, the vegetables and the spices in the pan with the cream, the tomato puree and the spices and sweat with a little broth or cooking liquid and the sherry.
Use:
- Place the spaghetti with the shrimp sauce in serving plates and garnish with the basil. Grated cheese also goes well with it. It all adds up to a great Mediterranean-style summer dish.
