Sweet Hamburger Sunday Dessert

- Paradiscreme vanilla
- Cream / instead of milk
- Speculoos cream (in my KB)
- Osbourne Veterano
- Chocolate chips
- Woodruff syrup
- Mint leaves for decoration
- Not all finished products are the same. They can be wonderfully processed as a basis for a dessert. Today I just wanted to try something and the result convinced me.
- Important !!! Prepare the Paradiscreme (Dr. Oetker Vanille) N I C H T according to the instructions on the packet. I replaced the milk with cream. Put the powder in a tall container – add the cream – whip for 3-5 minutes.
- Mix the speculatius cream (recipe in my cookbook) with 50 grams of finished Paradis cream. Now put the Osbourn in here and mix well. The speculoos cream is linked in a recipe. Strawberry yogurt ice cream cake
- Now it is layered – like a hamburger. I use decorative rings for this. See pictures !!!
