Quark with Paprika, Basil and Jacket Potatoes
The perfect quark with paprika, basil and jacket potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Quark 20% (here: From HANSANO!)
- 1 Red bell pepper approx. 300 g
- 3 tbsp Basil
- 3 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 3 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
- 3 big pinches Sweet paprika
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Pepperoni oil
- 600 g Waxy potatoes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Slices of beetroot
- 2 Pointed basil
- 2 big pinches Mediterranean-Style seasoned salt from the mill
- Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Cut / chop the basil. Mix the quark (250 g) with the diced paprika and chopped basil. Season with coarse sea salt from the mill (3 big pinches), colored pepper from the mill (3 big pinches) and sweet paprika (3 big pinches). Finally mix in olive oil (2 tbsp) and pepperoni oil (1 tbsp). Wash the potatoes, cook in salted water (1 teaspoon salt) for about 20 minutes, drain, allow to cool a little and peel off. Jacket potatoes with quark mixture and garnished with beetroot slice with basil and sprinkled with seasoned salt, serve.
