Spelled Soy Bread

The perfect spelled soy bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 80 g Soy flour
  • 170 g Spelled flour type 630
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 10 g Fresh yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 150 Milliliters Water
  • 0,5 teaspoon Sugar
  1. Mix the flour, make a well in the middle, crumble in the yeast and sprinkle with the sugar! Then pour some lukewarm water over it, stir a little and let it rest or rise for about 25 minutes.
  2. Heat the oven to 50 degrees! Turn off!
  3. Mix the flour with the yeast mixture! Then add salt, vinegar and lukewarm water! Make a loose, smooth dough!
  4. Place the dough covered in the oven and let rise for about 45 minutes! The dough should have enlarged significantly!
  5. Knead the dough again! Line a loaf pan with permanent baking foil and add the dough! Place in the oven, set it to 200 degrees and bake the bread for about 25 minutes.
