Potato Pan with Remains of Meat Patties

- 1,5 kg Waxy potatoes
- 2 piece Fresh onions
- 1 tablespoon Caraway seed
- 1 tablespoon Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable broth, of course
- 6 fried Meatballs
- 2 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
- Boil the potatoes, peel them and cut them into slices.
- in a pan with rapeseed oil, fry the potato slices well. Fried potatoes stop.
- Peel and dice the onions, add to the potatoes. Wash, core and finely chop the peppers and add to the potatoes.
- Season with caraway seeds, salt and pepper.
- Then cut the fried meatballs into small pieces and add them to the pan. Fry everything well.
