Chocolate Mocha Muffins
The perfect chocolate mocha muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Miscellaneous:
- 115 g Sugar
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 25 g Unsweetened cocoa
- 2 Eggs
- 200 Milliliters Milk
- 100 Milliliters Sunflower oil
- 15 Chocolate mocha beans
- 50 g Grated chocolate
- Powdered sugar
- Water
- 15 Muffin tins
For the dough:
- Mix the flour with the sugar and baking powder.
- Mix the eggs with the oil and milk.
- Mix the flour mixture with the milk mixture using a hand mixer. Then stir in the chocolate shavings.

Baking time:
