- 100 g Butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g Sifted flour
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Baking powder

- 2 cups Cream
- 3 Eggs size M
- 3 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
Instructions
- Peel and quarter the apples and remove the core. Then cut the apple quarters into thin wedges as desired. Depending on the type of apple, you can or should pre-cook the apple wedges a little.
- Beat the butter until smooth and gradually stir in the sugar and eggs.
- Fold in the flour mixed with the baking powder, tablespoon at a time. Pour the mixture into a baking pan with a diameter of 26 cm and cover with the apple wedges.
- Bake at about 170 ° C on the middle rack for about 30 minutes. IMPORTANT is No. 5 !!!
- IMPORTANT: To make the cake nice and juicy, whisk the 2 cups of cream with the 3 eggs and the vanilla sugar and pour it over the cake about 15-20 minutes before the end of the baking time. Then you bake the cake for the remaining 10-15 minutes!
