Cake base
- 250 gr Spelt flour type 630
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 gr Sugar
- 1 whole Egg
- 125 gr Butter
filling
- 200 gr Sugar
- 2 piece Eggs
- 2 cups Sour cream
- 2 cups Cream
- 2 Eßl. Food starch
- 1 packet Custard powder
- 4 small Apple Braeburn
- 1 little one Lemon bottles
Instructions

- Knead the flour, baking powder, 100 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt, 125 grams of butter and 1 egg into a smooth dough.
- Grease a 26-inch cake pan well. Press the batter into the cake tin, pull up one edge, then place in the refrigerator.

- Peel the apples and cut them into cubes. Drizzle with lemon juice.
- Whip the cream until stiff and put in the refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 180C degrees.
- Mix the sugar, eggs, sour cream, cornstarch and vanilla pudding together. Fold in the cream.
- Place the apples on the cake base. Pour the sour cream over the apples. Put the cake in the preheated oven on the middle rack. A good hour of baking depending on the oven.
- Then let the cake cool down.
