Ingredients
 

Cake base

  • 250 gr Spelt flour type 630
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 100 gr Sugar
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 125 gr Butter

filling

  • 200 gr Sugar
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 2 cups Sour cream
  • 2 cups Cream
  • 2 Eßl. Food starch
  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • 4 small Apple Braeburn
  • 1 little one Lemon bottles

Instructions

  • Knead the flour, baking powder, 100 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt, 125 grams of butter and 1 egg into a smooth dough.
  • Grease a 26-inch cake pan well. Press the batter into the cake tin, pull up one edge, then place in the refrigerator.

filling

  • Peel the apples and cut them into cubes. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  • Whip the cream until stiff and put in the refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 180C degrees.
  • Mix the sugar, eggs, sour cream, cornstarch and vanilla pudding together. Fold in the cream.
  • Place the apples on the cake base. Pour the sour cream over the apples. Put the cake in the preheated oven on the middle rack. A good hour of baking depending on the oven.
  • Then let the cake cool down.
