Meat Patties with Vegetable Coconut Milk Noodles
The perfect meat patties with vegetable coconut milk noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Meatballs
- 400 g Ground beef
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 Old bread
- Salt, pepper, paprika powder
Vegetable coconut milk sauce
- 1 small Zucchini
- 2 small Paprika
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 200 ml Cooking cream rama
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 Chopped onion
- Salt pepper
- 400 g Pasta
- Chop the onions and sauté in oil. Dice paprika and zucchini and sauté. Deglaze with coconut milk, cooking cream and vegetable stock and simmer a little. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Prepare a pulp of minced meat from the specified ingredients. Shape small planters and fry them in a pan.
- Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. Pour off and mix into the vegetable-coconut milk sauce. Serve with the planters. Good Appetite!!
