Chicken, Leek and Apple Casserole
The perfect chicken, leek and apple casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Potatoes
- 2 size Chicken fillets
- 2 size Leek
- 2 Apples
- 2 Milk
- 2 Butter
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 100 g Grated cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water.
- Wash the meat, pat dry, cut into large cubes, season with salt and pepper and fry on all sides in a pan with hot oil
- Wash the leek thoroughly, cut into rings, wash the apples, remove the core and cut into wedges.
- Now drain the potatoes, let them evaporate a little, mash into a puree with the warmed milk and butter, season with salt and nutmeg.
- Put in a baking dish the greasy mashed potatoes, leek meat and the apples and finally sprinkle the cheese on top
- Put the casserole in the 200c. Put in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes.
