Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Potatoes
  • 2 size Chicken fillets
  • 2 size Leek
  • 2 Apples
  • 2 Milk
  • 2 Butter
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water.
  • Wash the meat, pat dry, cut into large cubes, season with salt and pepper and fry on all sides in a pan with hot oil
  • Wash the leek thoroughly, cut into rings, wash the apples, remove the core and cut into wedges.
  • Now drain the potatoes, let them evaporate a little, mash into a puree with the warmed milk and butter, season with salt and nutmeg.
  • Put in a baking dish the greasy mashed potatoes, leek meat and the apples and finally sprinkle the cheese on top
  • Put the casserole in the 200c. Put in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes.
  • If you want, you can also eat a small salad - Bon appetit; 🙂
