Asparagus Salad Just for Me

vinaigrette
- Water
- Salt
- Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 3 tbsp Tk herbs
- 3 tbsp Vinegar
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 5 tbsp Asparagus broth
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Peel the asparagus and break the asparagus into 4 pieces. Add salt and sugar to the boiling water and cook the asparagus in it until firm to the bite.
- Hard boil an egg and then quench.
- Mix the liquid and dry ingredients into a vinaigrette. Cut the egg into small cubes and add the asparagus to the vinaigrette. Mix everything and season again
