Cod in Mustard Sauce
The perfect cod in mustard sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Cod fillet
- 1 Lemon
- Flour, butter, milk, mustard, salt, pepper, nutmeg, parsley, paprika spices
- Wash the cod fillet, pat dry, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Prepare a roux in a saucepan of butter and flour and make a sauce by adding the milk. I have left out the quantities because you can vary them depending on how much sauce you want 😉
- Season the sauce with mustard, salt, pepper, nutmeg, parsley and paprika as desired.
- Put the cod fillet in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it.
- Put the whole thing in the oven at 220 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
