- 300 g Leberkäse or meat loaf
- 2 piece Fresh shallots
- 1 piece Farmer cucumber
- 500 g Vine tomatoes
- 2 piece Spring onions fresh
- 0,5 bunch Fresh radishes
- 100 ml Water
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Honey liquid
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar light
- 4 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Make a marinade from water, mustard, honey, vinegar and oil and season it with salt and pepper.
- Cut the meat loaf into fine strips. Peel the shallots, slice them very finely into rings, mix with a tablespoon of olive oil and heat briefly so that they are still crisp.
- Cut the tomatoes into eighths, cut out the stalk, cut the spring onions into rings, the radishes into sticks and the cucumber into cubes.
- Mix everything and let it steep for about an hour.
