Salads: Colorful Liver Loaf Salad

  • 300 g Leberkäse or meat loaf
  • 2 piece Fresh shallots
  • 1 piece Farmer cucumber
  • 500 g Vine tomatoes
  • 2 piece Spring onions fresh
  • 0,5 bunch Fresh radishes
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Honey liquid
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar light
  • 4 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Make a marinade from water, mustard, honey, vinegar and oil and season it with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the meat loaf into fine strips. Peel the shallots, slice them very finely into rings, mix with a tablespoon of olive oil and heat briefly so that they are still crisp.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into eighths, cut out the stalk, cut the spring onions into rings, the radishes into sticks and the cucumber into cubes.
  4. Mix everything and let it steep for about an hour.
