Cheese: Avocado and Salmon Cream

- 200 g Natural cream cheese
- 200 g Smoked salmon
- 0,5 piece Fresh avocado
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 piece Garlic cloves chopped
- 0,5 bunch Fresh dill
- Salt and pepper
- Fill the cream cheese into a suitable container and add the pulp of half the avocado along with the lemon juice. Mix finely with the hand blender and season with salt and pepper.
- Pluck the dill from the stalks and peel the garlic. Finely chop both and add to the cream cheese.
- Cut the salmon into small pieces and stir into the cream as well.
- This cream should be freshly prepared and not kept for too long as it will turn brown after a while, despite the lemon juice.
- Tip 5: This cream becomes even finer with a dash of cream.
