Cheese: Avocado and Salmon Cream

The perfect cheese: avocado and salmon cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Natural cream cheese
  • 200 g Smoked salmon
  • 0,5 piece Fresh avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves chopped
  • 0,5 bunch Fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Fill the cream cheese into a suitable container and add the pulp of half the avocado along with the lemon juice. Mix finely with the hand blender and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Pluck the dill from the stalks and peel the garlic. Finely chop both and add to the cream cheese.
  3. Cut the salmon into small pieces and stir into the cream as well.
  4. This cream should be freshly prepared and not kept for too long as it will turn brown after a while, despite the lemon juice.
  5. Tip 5: This cream becomes even finer with a dash of cream.
