Vegan: Colorful Vegetables – Pan Steamed – Next
The perfect vegan: colorful vegetables – pan steamed – next recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 2 piece Onion
- 2 bright Sweet peppers
- 1 Red Sweet peppers
- 1 Red Of rice balls
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- 250 ml Sieved tomatos
- 2 tbsp My dried vegetable salts *
- 1 tbsp My homemade vegetable broth *
- Here in my KB
- 1 tbsp Rice syrup
- 1 tbsp Fresh lemon / lime juice
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh pepper a.d.M
- Peel the onions, wash the zucchini and core the peppers, quarter them and dice everything in Genius, of course 🙂
- Cut the remains of the rice balls into small pieces and sauté them with the finely chopped onions in a little olive oil.
- Now add the diced vegetables and stew them for a few minutes. Add the tomatoes, stir everything well, add the spices, bring everything to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Round off everything with freshly ground pepper, a little lemon juice and the rice syrup.

Recommended side dish
- You can enjoy this dish alone, but spaghetti or just a bagutte also taste great with it 🙂
