Vegan: Buttered Broccoli
The perfect vegan: buttered broccoli recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 small Fresh broccoli
- 100 g Vegan butter
- 1 liter Vegetable broth
- Wash and cut the broccoli.
- To cook, I put the stem parts in the bottom of the pot, I cooked it in the wok so that it gets soft right away.
- Pour the vegetable stock over it, bring to the boil, when it is boiling, turn off the heat and let it steep for about 5 minutes.
- Use a slotted spoon to remove the broccoli and let it drain.
- Heat the butter in a saucepan, let it foam and pour over the broccoli.
- Tastes good with many dishes, just with mashed potatoes … you can think of more.
