Vegan: Buttered Broccoli

  • 2 small Fresh broccoli
  • 100 g Vegan butter
  • 1 liter Vegetable broth
  1. Wash and cut the broccoli.
  2. To cook, I put the stem parts in the bottom of the pot, I cooked it in the wok so that it gets soft right away.
  3. Pour the vegetable stock over it, bring to the boil, when it is boiling, turn off the heat and let it steep for about 5 minutes.
  4. Use a slotted spoon to remove the broccoli and let it drain.
