Cheese Dip with Leek

- 0,25 Pc. Fresh leek
- 200 g Cream cheese double cream setting
- 1 branch Parsely
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Pepper from the grinder
- Salt
- Garlic powder
- Wash and cut the leek into small pieces, first with a kitchen knife and then with the help of a chopping knife, then it will be even better. Process the parsley in the same way.
- Put the cream cheese, the parsley, the leek, the mayonnaise and the lemon juice in a blender and let it mix until the mixture has a good consistency and the leek is only noticeable from the taste and no longer from the pieces in it are included.
