Salad: Noodle Salad Served on Plate

The perfect salad: noodle salad served on plate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the salad

  • 1 bunch Large radishes
  • 1 green Cucumber
  • 0,5 piece Kohlrabi
  • 1 tbsp Homemade vegetable salt *
  • 2 handful Mixed salad

Choice of oil types

  • 2 handful Toasted sesame oil
  • 2 handful Apricot kernel oil
  • 2 handful Avocado oil

Vinegars of your choice

  • 2 handful Apple cider vinegar naturally cloudy
  • 2 handful Strawberry vinegar
  • 2 handful Apple-Orange vinegar

Cooking pasta

  • 1 packet Durum wheat spaghettini
  1. Put the salad in a water bath. Separate the radishes from the greens and wash them. Wash off the cucumber, because I don’t peel it at this time of year. Peel half the kohlrabi thinly.
  2. Slice the radishes, the kohlrabi and the cucumber, I put everything in a large bowl with my “kitchen helper”, sprinkle the vegetable salt over it and mix well.
  3. Wash the lettuce thoroughly and dry it again, then put it in the bowl and mix everything well.
  4. Now cook the spaghettini al dente, drain in the sieve, put in a bowl and serve to the table.
