Veal Steaks from Grill
The perfect veal steaks from grill recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Veal steaks
- 2 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Onions
- 30 g Clarified butter
- Black pepper from the mill
- Salt
- Steak seasoning
- Brush the veal steaks with the olive oil and leave to rest for a few hours between cling film.
- Cut the onions lengthways into strips and then fry them in heated clarified butter until golden brown, season with pepper and salt and set aside covered.
- While the onions are frying, preheat the contact grill, dip a brush in oil and lightly brush the grill surfaces with it, then put the veal steaks in it. Grill for about 4 to 6 minutes (depending on the strength of the meat).
- Sprinkle the meat with steak seasoning and arrange on plates with the onions. I served it with simple fried potatoes with a small tomato garnish.
