Veal Steaks from Grill

The perfect veal steaks from grill recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Veal steaks
  • 2 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Onions
  • 30 g Clarified butter
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • Steak seasoning
  1. Brush the veal steaks with the olive oil and leave to rest for a few hours between cling film.
  2. Cut the onions lengthways into strips and then fry them in heated clarified butter until golden brown, season with pepper and salt and set aside covered.
  3. While the onions are frying, preheat the contact grill, dip a brush in oil and lightly brush the grill surfaces with it, then put the veal steaks in it. Grill for about 4 to 6 minutes (depending on the strength of the meat).
  4. Sprinkle the meat with steak seasoning and arrange on plates with the onions. I served it with simple fried potatoes with a small tomato garnish.
