Colorful Meat Skewers in Tomato Sauce
The perfect colorful meat skewers in tomato sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 20 piece Meat cubes are best for quick frying
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Red yellow and green pepper
- 1 Onion
- 4 Fresh mushrooms
- 3 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 2 Pinches Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika powder
- 4 Shish kebab skewer
- Cut the meat cubes into even pieces (I had lean pork neck here) and season completely with salt and pepper-
- Clean the champis and cut into slices Peel the zucchini and cut into 1cm thick slices and then cut the slices in half. Peel the onion and roughly cut.
- Now place all the ingredients alternately on the kebab skewers. Put the remaining pieces aside. Now fry the skewers in a little margarine until they are nice and brown. Then remove the skewers.
- Put the remaining vegetables and onions in the pan, roast them with tomato paste, sprinkle with a little sugar and add tomato juice or vegetable broth. Season to taste.
