Curry Cheese Crackers

The perfect curry cheese crackers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Flour
  • 100 g Soft butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Curry
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (lift 160 degrees) and line 2 baking sheets with baking paper.
  2. Sift the flour into a bowl and add the salt, curry, the egg yolk and the butter and knead everything with your hands to form a soft dough. If it is still too crumbly, add a little more butter and a little water and knead in.
  3. Finally knead in the cheese.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut out small shapes.
  5. Now distribute the pastries on the trays and gradually bake the crackers in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Let cool down and serve.
  7. Tip 7: For cheese crackers, just leave out the curry. If you like it spicy, knead in some chilli.
