Curry Cheese Crackers
The perfect curry cheese crackers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Flour
- 100 g Soft butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Curry
- 1 Egg yolk
- 100 g Grated cheese
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (lift 160 degrees) and line 2 baking sheets with baking paper.
- Sift the flour into a bowl and add the salt, curry, the egg yolk and the butter and knead everything with your hands to form a soft dough. If it is still too crumbly, add a little more butter and a little water and knead in.
- Finally knead in the cheese.
- Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut out small shapes.
- Now distribute the pastries on the trays and gradually bake the crackers in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
- Let cool down and serve.
- Tip 7: For cheese crackers, just leave out the curry. If you like it spicy, knead in some chilli.
