Cream of Peanut Soup
The perfect cream of peanut soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Soup
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 0,5 St Red hot peppers
- 150 Gr Salted peanuts
- 6 dl Vegetable broth

- 1,5 dl Full cream
- Salt pepper
- Chives
Soup
- Finely chop the spring onions, dice the peppers. Finely chop the peanuts in a blender. Sauté the vegetables in fat, add the nuts and cook with them. Add the stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Puree in the blender and then pass through a sieve. Put the soup back in the pan.

- Add the whole cream to refine, season with salt and pepper, garnish with chives.
