Cream of Peanut Soup

The perfect cream of peanut soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Soup

  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 0,5 St Red hot peppers
  • 150 Gr Salted peanuts
  • 6 dl Vegetable broth

  • 1,5 dl Full cream
  • Salt pepper
  • Chives

Soup

  1. Finely chop the spring onions, dice the peppers. Finely chop the peanuts in a blender. Sauté the vegetables in fat, add the nuts and cook with them. Add the stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Puree in the blender and then pass through a sieve. Put the soup back in the pan.

  1. Add the whole cream to refine, season with salt and pepper, garnish with chives.
